Research and Outcomes Coordinator - West Orange, New Jersey hospital campus
In this highly visible, challenging and rewarding role, reporting the Director of Research and Quality Management, you will utilize your expertise in clinical project management, research, data compilation, analysis and reporting and collaborate with key clinical staff and departments throughout the organization to: identify, develop, coordinate and support campus-wide activities related to research initiatives/proposals, performance improvement and patient outcomes.
A Master’s degree in Psychology or Nursing is required. Experience with SPSS or comparable advanced statistical software, including large data base sets is necessary. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Nursing Informatics, data compilation/analysis and research (hospital based preferred) with excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. A background in acute medical rehabilitation is preferred.

Clinical duties include neuropsychological evaluation, individual and group cognitive rehabilitation therapy for brain injury patients. Other duties include individual psychotherapy, family interventions, group counseling and interdisciplinary team consultation.
Doctorate in clinical or neuropsychology required. Must be licensed to practice in N.J. and be an approved Medicare provider or Medicare eligible.

Admission Nurse Liaison - Northern New Jersey
Develop and nurture professional relationships with discharge planners, physicians, and clinicians in acute care hospitals. Educate staff, patients and families regarding rehabilitation services provided by Kessler. Assess patients with rehabilitation diagnosis on-site at referring hospitals for admission to Kessler and manage the referral process. Requires a NJ RN license (BSN preferred), strong clinical, assessment and excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in the same or similar capacity is preferred.
